Founder of one of Hyderabad’s largest AI-powered revenue operations firms, Aditya achieved a $100 million bootstrapped exit with MediaMint. He now heads VCMint, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs across diverse sectors.

Dr. D Srinivas Reddy | Founder, Optimus Pharma

In 2004, he founded a fully integrated pharmaceuticals company that today exports to more than 60 countries. Under his leadership, the company developed India’s first indigenous API during the COVID-19 pandemic which is a milestone that earned national recognition at the India Pharma Awards 2023 for excellence in bulk-drug manufacturing.

Dr. Madhukar Reddy Gangadi | Founder & CEO, Medplus

Under the leadership of Dr. Madhukar Reddy Gangadi, MedPlus grew into one of India’s largest pharmacy retail chains with over 3,000 stores across 400 cities. The company went public on the NSE in 2021 at a valuation of ₹8,000 crore. It stands among the few Hyderabad-founded retail brands to achieve such a milestone in the last decade.

Praveen K Pula | Founder & President, Woxsen University

Established in 2014 by Praveen K Pula, Woxsen School of Business in Hyderabad has evolved into a vital part of Woxsen University. The institution gained global recognition by QS and Bloomberg in 2025 with Bloomberg Rank 3 in India and Rank 6 in the Asia-Pacific region. He was honoured as India’s Emerging Business Leader in Education by Ernst & Young.

Dr. Raj P Narayanam | Founder, Zaggle

He founded Zaggle in 2011,building it into a leading fintech and expense-management platform that today serves 3,600+ corporate customers, 3.5 million+ users, and has issued over 50 million cards in partnership with 19 banks.

Vikram Vuppala | Founder & CEO, NephroPlus

Founded in 2010 by Vikram Vuppala, NephroPlus was created with a mission to make quality dialysis care accessible at scale. Today, the organisation runs more than 320 centres and remains deeply committed to its social impact. NephroPlus is currently preparing for an IPO, and he was recognised with the TiE Global Entrepreneur Award 2022 for Healthcare Innovation.

Vishwanath Alluri | Founder, IMIMobile

He built a global enterprise communication platform that today serves telecom operators across five continents. IMImobile was listed on the London AIM Exchange before its $730 million acquisition by Cisco in 2021 — one of India’s largest SaaS exits. He now serves as Trustee and Secretary of the Krishnamurti Foundation India.
